Woven polyester strapping

Woven polyester strapping (axpelstrap®) combines high tear resistance with excellent flexibility. Its textile material holds loads firmly in place without damaging surfaces – ideal for wood, pallets or delicate items. System strength reaches up to 2000 daN.

Variants
Available in widths from 13–32 mm, lengths from 250–1100 m, with 60/76 mm core diameters. Especially popular: 19 mm × 500 m (725 daN) for medium to heavy-duty use.

Application
Perfect for manual strapping tools. When used with phosphated steel buckles, it offers excellent grip – the rough surface prevents slippage. Especially useful for goods that shrink or lose volume (e.g. timber): the band can be re-tensioned any time to keep the load tight.

Material
Made from woven polyester yarn, this strap is weather- and UV-resistant. It doesn’t rust and remains stable outdoors. The textile structure absorbs shocks and retains tension well. Lightweight and recyclable, it also helps reduce handling costs.
