Woven polyester strapping

The woven polyester strapping (axpelstrap®) combines high tensile strength with optimal flexibility. Thanks to the textile yarn material, it securely secures loads without damaging surfaces or edges – ideal for wood, palletized goods, or delicate goods. Tensile forces of up to 2000 daN are possible in the system.

Versions

Available in widths from 13–32 mm, lengths between 250–1100 m, and core diameters of 60/76 mm. Particularly popular: 19 mm × 500 m (tensile force 725 daN) for medium to heavy-duty applications.

Application

The strap is ideal for manual strapping tools. Combined with phosphated steel tensioning brackets, it offers optimal hold – the rough surface prevents slipping. Particularly practical: for stored goods that lose volume (e.g., wood or bundled goods), the strap can be easily retightened at any time – this way, the load remains securely fastened even after drying. We recommend our phosphated tensioning bracket – for secure hold and efficient processing in the logistics process. For even greater ergonomics, you can use our strap tensioner – saving you energy and time. Material: Made of tear-resistant woven polyester yarn, the strap is weather- and UV-resistant – it does not rust and remains dimensionally stable even outdoors. The textile structure absorbs shocks and prevents slipping thanks to its high stretch and recovery capacity. Disposal is also straightforward – low weight and recyclability keep your processing costs low.
