Detailed description
The transparent polyethylene (PE) stretch band provides an efficient method for securely fixing palletized goods. With its high elasticity of up to 300%, it easily adapts to various load shapes, ensuring stability during transport. Unlike traditional adhesive tapes, it leaves no residues on cartons or products. Ideal for internal transport and temporary pallet securing.
Variants
The band is available in two lengths:
- 1200 mm
- 1400 mm
Both variants have a width of 100 mm and a film thickness of 40 µm. They come in practical dispenser boxes containing 100 pieces each, facilitating easy use.
Application
To apply, slightly stretch the band and place it over the top layer of the pallet. Its strong retraction force ensures secure fixation of the load. Particularly suitable for warehouses, shipping departments, and production sites requiring quick and clean pallet securing.
For additional protection of your goods, you can use the band in combination with other products from our range, such as PE cover sheets to protect against dust and moisture or edge protectors to stabilize pallet edges.
Material
Made from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), the band is characterized by its high elasticity and tear resistance. The material is 100% recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly choice for your packaging needs.
