Detailed description

Green VCI ziplock bags offer effective corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The integrated Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) creates a protective atmosphere to prevent rust and oxidation. Ideal for storing and shipping sensitive metal components.

Variants

Available in various sizes, such as 100 x 150 mm, 150 x 200 mm, or 200 x 340 mm, with a film thickness of 100 µm. The bags are made from LDPE with a material density of 0.925 g/cm³ and come in packs of 500. The green color indicates corrosion protection for easy identification.

Application

Easy handling with the resealable ziplock – no additional sealing materials required. Ideal for packaging metal parts, tools, or electronic components.

Material

Made from LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), the bags are tear-resistant, flexible, and 100% recyclable. The integrated VCI is nitrite-free and complies with TRGS 615 and VW approval requirements, offering safe and environmentally friendly corrosion protection.
